French Ambassador’s Visit
Visit of the French Ambassador to Hager India Manufacturing Plant in Pune.
H.E. Mr.Alexandre Ziegler, Ambassador of France to India visited Hager India Manufacturing plant in Pune on 9th July, 2018.
Ambassador Ziegler and Ms.Fanny Herve, Counsellor for sustainable Development were welcomed by Mr.Atulya Chandra, Managing Director, Hager India. He apprised him the complete Hager India solutions Portfolio along with the Manufacturing process, Corporate Social Responsibility Activities and Investments of Hager group in India.
Ambassador Ziegler was then paid a guided tour of our manufacturing plant by Mr.Nilkanth Sambrekar who explained him about the manufacturing process and Production Line Management. The Ambassador was keen on knowing more about our company and was impressed with the world class facilities in the Hager Pune factory which included the Manufacturing process and the Test Laboratory.
The Ambassador, during his course of speech, talked about how Hager is the perfect example of ‘how an European company should be’. He also mentioned how focused we are on bringing in lot of Creativity, Sustainability, Energy saving, and our commitment to Make In India.
In the end, he presented the awards to the employees for their exemplary performance on the shopfloor.
It was the proud moment for Hager India that H E Mr. Alexandre Ziegler visited the plant out of his busy schedule during his two days Pune Visit.
