As part of our CSR activities, Hager India has decided to get associated with some reputed educational institutes running courses like Degree / Diplomas in Electrical & Electronics Engineering & Management Institutes providing Management courses.On 31st Jan.12 Mr. Benoit Lecuyer, Managing Director, Hager India delivered a lecture on “Main principles to run a Subsidiary” at Alard Group of Institute for their 2nd year Management students. The lecture was attended by the students from Marketing, Operations, Finance & HR stream. Topics such as market environment analysis, Business plan, new products launch, pricing project, logistics indicators, forecasts, product positioning, advertising, innovation, attract & retain talents, productivity, environment impact, quality were dealt. Benoit explained with examples how these parameters will impact a company performance in the today’s competitive Business scenario.
The Students and the faculty were glad about the enthusiastic, pragmatic and down to earth approach of the lecture.The program ended by an interactive questions and answers session by the students who asked precisions and examples in the Business.
